This notice covers the enquiry form and nothing else, because the enquiry form is the only place this site collects anything.
Who holds the data
VICTROQUEST LIMITED is the controller for the information you send through the form. The company is registered in England and Wales under number 06815367 and its registered office is shown in the footer of every page.
What is collected
Your name, your email address, your company name, your country, a description of your products, whether you currently ship to EU customers, and whatever you write in the final box. No other field exists. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising pixel and no third-party script anywhere on this site.
Why it is collected
To answer the enquiry, and to work out before answering whether the practice is able to help. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an approach made by a business.
Who else sees it
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a human submitted it and does not read the message. Delivery is handled by Resend, which passes the message to the mailbox. Neither the message nor your answers are written to a database.
How long it is kept
An enquiry is kept while it is still live, and while any engagement that came out of it is still running. After that it is deleted from the mailbox. Where an engagement letter sets its own retention period, that period governs the file it covers.
Your rights
You can ask what is held, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to it being held at all. Write to the address in the footer. A complaint can be made to the Information Commissioner's Office, which regulates data protection in the United Kingdom.
